Five Years

Five

I’m checking off a personal milestone today. I’ve been a full time working photographer for five years. Hard to believe.

Couldn’t have done it without the many people who have believed in me and trusted me. Too many to name.

Thank you all,
Aaron

MAX

The following post is very personal but I do feel compelled to share it. I’ve chosen to document our family as we grow together during the happy and the sad. I know that when I am old I’ll want to remember all the things we’ve been given in life, and those things which have been taken away.

…..

Last night, while Mollie was on a weekend away, our dog Max got loose and was struck by a car. He died instantly in front of me and my three oldest children. We all loved him dearly and it was a shocking and terrible way for him to go.

We’ve been remembering him all day, asking why, and asking ourselves what we could have done differently to prevent it. It was no one’s fault.

Jude is a gentle spirit and loves all living things. This was a hard portrait for a Dad to take, but one we’ll all be glad we have.
