So, here is what I packed for this trip. It was pretty challenging to figure out what to bring and what to leave behind. Everything I deciding to bring has to pretty much stay with me at all times so fitting it all into a good backpack was key.

So, a big announcement today! Mollie is releasing her new book Make & Do this weekend at Indie Craft Parade.
She’s put forth a huge effort and to say I’m proud is certainly an understatement. I’m not simply proud, I’m inspired. Many people think of me as a creative person, but I’ll say in full disclosure, I don’t hold a candle to what Mollie is bringing to further beauty in this life. She can literally, do it all, and this is her latest offering. Many of us have big ideas, but to be able to execute and pull them off, that’s something completely different and she continues to prove she can.
Interestingly, she’s not out to prove anything like many of us are, she just is. She simply makes stuff, because she needs to (some will understand this, some won’t).
Well, of course I’d say this right, after all I’m living out life with her, no, those who know her know I’m talking straight up here.
Mollie, thanks for the constant inspiration. Here’s to your lovely book.

Big ups to Caleb who turned around a polished design in no time flat. This project couldn’t have happened without him. His attention to detail and care for his craft is all over this project.
And finally, a big thanks to Shane at our printer who helped us each step of the way with amazing customer service, professionalism, and patience. Thank you friend.
Here’s the official announcement on Mollie’s site.
I’ve been shooting some things over a MOD studio recently and I just love the corner of their space. The light is great in there and I really like these orange chairs.
