Project: Duet
My wife Mollie and I decided to start a new project together this month. It’s a combined effort of one of her photographs and one of mine. Techically these are referred to as diptychs, but we’re going to call them Duets.
And so I present the first Duet in the Project Duet Series. My image is one the left and Mollie‘s is on the right.
Here are the rules we’ve made for ourselves.
1) Blind entry - (Each of us has to prepare our photograph without seeing the other’s)
2) All images will be in square format
3) Each photograph should be made during the week preceding the posting of the photographs
4) Photographs are to be completed by end of day Monday and will be posted every Wednesday
That’s about it. Pretty simple, but we’re excited to see what sort of combinations we come up with.

I agree, Jeff. Everyone thinks I shoot Mollie’s photographs on her blog, but she is her own photographer. Hopefully people will realize that with this collaboration.
